Fly Drive

Nothing beats driving from Havana to Varadero, following the beautiful Cuban coastline, stopping for refreshments at Bacunayagua (Cuba tallest bridge) then driving through the city of Matanzas and in less than 2 hours arriving at Varadero.

Favourite Itinerary: Havana, Varadero, Trinidad, Santa Clara, Cayo Santa Maria

If driving to Trinidad, take a little detour to the crocodile farms, treasure lagoon, Bay of Pigs, and stop for a dive at Cueva de los peces. It’ll make for a fun and exciting day out! Driving on the Circuito Sur road is lovely too, especially at sunset.
