There are three levels for any of our Spanish courses: Beginners, Intermmediate and Advanced levels. The level you should take will be determined by a test in the first day of class.

GENERAL PROGRAMA
Now you have the chance to study Spanish at the most prestigious University in Cuba,
the University of Havana, with more than 280 years of teaching experience.
We have 20, 40, 60 and 80 hour long courses and you can choose the one that best
suits your needs according to your budget or availability of time.
There are three levels for any of our Spanish courses: Beginners, Intermmediate
and Advanced levels. The level you should take will be determined by a test in the
first day of class.
Notice that 1 lecture hour is equivalent to 45 real time minutes so the courses
are 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks long.
Courses always start on the first monday of the month, arrivals would be on the
Saturday before the first day of class and departures would be on the Sunday after
the last day of class. Clases will always be in the mornings from 9:30 am to 1 pm
from Monday to Friday. For the afternoons, you can choose from our optionals listed
below.

For those applying for the 20, 40 and 60 hour courses should contact us at least
one month before your arrival so we can request the student visa they will need.
For these cases the following details would be required:
- - Full name of the student
- - Nationality
- - Passport number
- - Date of arrival in Cuba
- - Cuban consulate or embassy in which the visa would be isued.
Those applying for the 80 hour can arrive in Cuba with a tourist visa and request
the student visa through the University the first 3 days of classes or request your
student visa through us as well as long as you do it at least 1 month before your
arrival.
