Day 1: Welcome to Havana
Arrival at Havana's Jose Marti International airport Personalised welcome and assistance by our Cuba Direct guides and representatives. VIP room for the couple, welcome cocktail, private check in and attention to the couple and guests. Accommodation and dinner at hotel according to hour of arrival.
Day 2: With the Taste of Cuba
8:00-8:45hrs: Breakfast at hotel
9:00hrs: Visit in Cocotaxi to H. Upman cigar factory. Panoramic tour in air conditioned bus to University of Havana, Calle 23 (La Rampa), Coppelia Ice cream shop and Plaza de la Revolucion with short stop over to take photos, this in Vedado; to Rum Museum with an explanation about the Havana Club rum production and a 7 year old Havana Club Anejo tasting, this in Old Havana.
13:00hrs: Lunch at La Barca restaurant with a beautiful view of the harbour. La Barca menu: Welcome cocktail with Mojitos, bread, seafood soup, fish with season vegetable and baked potatoes, ice cream and cookies. The menu also includes 3 beverages per person to choose from water, soft drinks, beers, glass of red or white wine, as well as coffee.
After lunch, tour around the 4 squares: Plaza de Armas, Plaza de la Catedral, Plaza de San Francisco de Asis, Plaza Vieja, with a visit to the La Taberna de la Cerveza with its own mini Factory and an explanation of the beer production process, and a visit to the Cafe Escorial to taste the Cuban coffee, cultivated in the skirts of the Sierra Maestra mountains, in the East of the country.
17:00hrs: Yachts with capacity for 10 people per yacht will take the couple and guests in a Bucaneer's Fleet alongside the North coast with a beautiful view of Havana from the sea with the sunset as the background. The fleet will anchor at the Marina Hemingway where air conditioned buses will take you back to the hotel in a panoramic tour through the residential area of Miramar.
20:00hrs: Dinner at a hotel's specialised restaurant with menu previously arranged with the clients.
21:30hrs: Departure to Cabaret Tropicana to enjoy a romantic night under a star-spangled sky with a traditional Cuban music show. Clients will receive 1/4 bottle of rum plus 2 soft drinks per person. Return to hotel in air conditioned bus.
Day 3: Legal formalities accompanied by Cuban music and dances
8:00-9:00hrs: Breakfast at hotel
9:30hrs: Couple transfer to Consultoria Juridica Internacional to arrange final legal details. Meeting with notary who will carry out the ceremony. 10:30hrs: Return to hotel.
11:00 - 13:00hrs: Dance lessons for couple and guests in one of the hotel's rooms including lessons of Son, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba.
13:30hrs: Lunch at a hotel's specialised restaurant with menu previously arranged with the clients.
Rest of afternoon free and meeting to review the details regarding the ceremony and wedding party.
Singles' night with different programmes for the ladies and the gentlemen groups. The programmes will be delivered to the bridesmaid and the best man.
Day 4: The Way to Paradise - Varadero
8:00-9:00hrs: Breakfast at hotel
Transfer in air conditioned bus to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world: (Varadero beach). Panoramic trip through Playas del Este, Santa Maria del Mar and Guanabo towns. Short stop in Puente de Bacunayagua for a Pina Colada and visit to Matanzas city, also known as The Cuban Athens.
Welcome cocktail, private check in and attention to the couple and guests.
Meeting with wedding planner during the afternoon to arrange final details.
Day 5: Wedding Ceremony and Free honeymoon
Free morning for guests and relaxing session of SPA for the couple. The session will include massages, aromatherapy and more.
In the afternoon, wedding ceremony, dinner and party with the theme, menu and music selected by the clients.
The music selection includes DJ music, traditional or popular Cuban music, international music as well as different types of artistic shows.
Days 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10: Free honeymoon
Free day to enjoy the hotel's facilities for honeymooners.
Day 11. Bye bye Cuba
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to international airport.
